Founder leadership

Angela Finley — Founder & Principal Consultant

Practical operational consulting shaped by real-world leadership experience

For more than a decade, I have owned and operated home care and cleaning service businesses with a clear standard: clients, families, and team members must remain the priority. In my experience, chronic call-offs and operational inconsistency are rarely just staffing issues. They are often signs that stronger systems, clearer expectations, and better leadership rhythms are needed. My work is focused on helping organizations build steady, accountable operations that protect the client experience and strengthen follow-through.

Over the years, I have led complex operations at scale, overseeing a staff team of approximately 125 employees, supporting caregiver rosters ranging from 50 to 150, and guiding teams of 10 to more than 60 volunteers. That experience has shaped my ability to improve coordination, reinforce accountability, and help teams operate with greater clarity and consistency.

Through CareBridge, I now provide consulting and operational support to nonmedical home care agencies, referral agencies, nonprofits, individual provider practices, and growing organizations that need stronger structure behind the scenes. My work includes workflow design, SOP development, documentation standards, accountability rhythms, intake and scheduling support, service recovery, reporting, and clean operational handoffs.

I also support organizations during startup, growth, and rebuild phases, helping leaders create more organized systems, stronger workflows, and a more stable operational foundation. In addition, I facilitate training and workshops that strengthen readiness, improve service delivery, and help teams move with greater confidence and consistency.

What sets my approach apart is that I combine structure with compassion. I build systems that support people, reduce confusion, improve communication, and create a stronger experience for clients, caregivers, staff, and leadership alike.

With more than 10 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, Nikki Naze brings deep experience in people operations, employee support, and organizational coordination. Her career reflects consistent advancement through roles including Administrative Assistant, Human Resources Specialist, and Human Resources Generalist, demonstrating both strong capability and a proven commitment to growth.

Nikki has worked in diverse, employee- and customer-focused environments where deadlines are a priority, multiple responsibilities must be managed at once, and professionalism is essential. She is known for approaching challenges with focus, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset while maintaining a high standard of service and accountability.
