Who We Are: Caregiver-Built, Mission-Driven

Mission statement

Our Mission

To empower non-medical home-care and human-services agencies with the responsive people, processes, and insights they need to deliver safer, happier, and more dignified care—24 hours a day.

Working together as a team

Our Vision

A world where even the smallest home-care provider can operate with the quality, efficiency, and employee satisfaction once reserved for industry giants.

Your care story

Our Story

CareBridge Consulting & Staffing was born at a Bay Area kitchen table where three generations of caregivers—and the executives who once walked in their shoes—traded late-night “war stories”: missed calls, last-minute shift gaps, broken lines of communication, and never-ending stacks of compliance paperwork.

We asked a simple question:

"What if agencies had a round-the-clock partner who actually understood the frontline chaos?”

Today, “what if” is a fully remote, woman-led company headquartered in Sacramento, serving agencies nationwide. Every member of our leadership team has worn the scrubs, answered the midnight intake call, and comforted anxious families—so our solutions come from lived experience, not ivory-tower theory.
