Scope – This notice explains how CareBridge Consulting & Staffing, LLC (“CareBridge,” “we,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information of agencies, caregivers, clients, and site visitors.

Data We Collect: Names, contact details, service preferences, usage logs, and—in the case of client referral forms—limited health-related information needed to match services.

Why We Collect It – To deliver our referral, administrative, and quality-assurance services; to comply with HIPAA/HCO regulations; to improve our website; and for lawful marketing with opt-out.

Sharing – We share data only with (1) contracted Home Care Organizations, (2) service providers bound by HIPAA-compliant Business-Associate Agreements, or (3) if required by law.

Retention – Records are kept for seven (7) years unless a longer retention period is mandated.

Security – Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Role-based access controls apply.

Your Choices – You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data by emailing privacy@carebridgeconsulting.org 

Updates – Material changes will be posted here and flagged in the site footer for 30 days.
