Terms of Service
These Terms of Service describe the general conditions under which CareBridge Consulting provides non-medical, administrative, and operations support services to agencies and organizations. They are intended as a plain-language summary and may be supplemented or modified by a signed Services Agreement or Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for specific engagements.
Topics covered typically include scope of services, responsibilities on both sides, payment terms, limitations of liability, termination rights, and governing law. Where there is any conflict between this summary and a signed agreement, the signed agreement will control.
