Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) are a contract between you and CareBridge Consulting (“CareBridge,” “we,” “us,” or “CB”). By using our Services, you agree to this Agreement.

Services. CareBridge provides live answering, intake, dispatch, and related administrative services. You agree to lawful use and to follow CareBridge policies. Our software and systems are proprietary.
Billing and Payment. Plans may bill monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Overage minutes billed at plan overage rates. Chargeable time includes time agents spend on your behalf.
Term and Termination. Minimum term 90 days; then month-to-month. Either party may terminate with written notice. Some sections survive termination.
Disclaimer; Limits; Indemnity. Services are “as is.” Aggregate liability limited to amounts paid in prior 12 months. No indirect or consequential damages. You indemnify CareBridge for claims arising from your acts/omissions.
Governing Law; Arbitration. California law governs. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in California under AAA Commercial Rules; no class/representative actions.
