Angela Finley brings more than 15 years of experience across healthcare-affiliated operations, nonmedical home care, human services, staffing, scheduling, client support, program coordination, training, documentation, and process improvement.
Having worked across every level of care-focused service—from direct support and coordination through management and administration—Angela understands both the human experience of providing care and the operational systems required behind it. Her formal education includes university-level study in Human Resources Management and Business Administration, along with community-college study in Human Services.
Angela continues to strengthen her knowledge of human resources, business operations, program development, and practical applications that support diverse employees, clients, families, and communities. She is especially skilled at identifying talent, balancing complementary strengths, and creating the role clarity and operational structure teams need to collaborate effectively and thrive. She founded CareBridge to help organizations build clearer systems, stronger leaders, and more dependable service.
