Information we collect

When you contact CareBridge, schedule a consultation, or submit a Talent Solutions inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, organization information, role, support needs, professional background, résumé, location, work preferences, communication preferences, and other information you choose to provide. Technical information may include IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited.

Résumé and applicant information

Résumés are submitted directly by email and may be reviewed for current or future client opportunities. Do not include Social Security numbers, identification documents, medical information, financial-account information, or other highly sensitive personal information. CareBridge may retain relevant professional information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate opportunities, respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, deliver requested resources, schedule consultations, review talent-related inquiries and relevant client opportunities, communicate about next steps, and improve services. CareBridge does not sell personal information.

SMS communications

If you voluntarily opt in to SMS, CareBridge may contact you about your inquiry, services, hiring needs, or employment opportunities. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Providing a phone number alone does not provide SMS consent. See the SMS Terms.

Cookies

The website may use essential cookies and analytics to support functionality and understand site usage.

CareBridge provides operational consulting, training resources, workshops, recruiting support, and implementation guidance. CareBridge does not provide legal, clinical, licensing, tax, billing, payer, or regulatory advice.

Specific service terms are provided directly to each client. CareBridge materials, templates, frameworks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of CareBridge Consulting and are subject to applicable licenses.

CareBridge does not sell personal information. California residents may request access, deletion, correction, or limitation of personal information by emailing care@carebridgeconsulting.org with the subject “Privacy Request.” CareBridge will respond to verifiable requests within applicable legal timeframes.
